Suggest Treatment For Forehead Hit And Irritated Due To That

My 2 year old fell off the bed yesterday and hit the top left front of his forehead, he cried for a good 5 minutes and then relaxed but seemed irritated with anybody who walked into the room. I am really nervous and I don t know if I should take him to the ER or wait

Hello
If your baby is feeding well, there is no vomiting, dullness ,playful , active other than being irritating with anybody walking in room , you need not worry but if he is otherwise irritable always , dull , having vomiting you need examination to rule out an internal bleed .
