Suggest Treatment For Frequent Bowel Movement

I had a stapled hemhorroidectomy in September 2010 and still have urgent calls to defecate - at any time of day - and my normal one movement late at night has disappeared and been replaced by fruquent and sudden urges to defacate. This causes problems. What can I do?

As per my surgical experience of long time, the bowel frequency here is related to anal sphincter continence issue.

I would like to evaluate you with per rectal examination to know the anal sphincter tone and guide accordingly.
