Suggest Treatment For Frequent Burps And Stomach Pain In 5 Year Old

Hi my daughter is 5. She burps quite regularly every day. Has done for a very long time. Seem worse now quite powerful sounding burps like you have if ou drink fizzy drinks. She tends to drink milk and water rather than fizzy drinks, however burps occur at any time even if she hasn't eaten or drank. She does complain of tummy pain a lot as well.

Any advice would be grateful

Its quite common for the children to burp, as they ingest air along with food and drinks.
If its not associated with vomiting or regurgitation there seems to be no cause for concern.
