Hi
Welcome to health care magic,

She is suffering from acute diarrhea.

In mostly small children, diarrhea usually due to viral infection (rotavirus or adenovirus),bacterial infection or parasitic or lactose intolerance etc.

She should have undergone routine blood counts, electrolytes, urea, creatinine and stool (R/ M and ova)examinations.

She should be given antibiotics with anaerobic bacteria coverage (quinolones withornidazole) with antispasmodic, water and electrolyte replacements, with probiotics like lactobaccillus, racecadotril etc.

You must consult padeatrician for further treatment.
