hi ,i am 27 years old and my problem is that my urine comes again and again, ihave peain in bckbone and lft ant right side,but my ultra sound is clear.i have this problem fron 2 years i have check up to sergon ,but no feel godd and go to bath room after 3 hours,so times i go to wash room 5 times in an hour.i fell some urine is inside not comes out.and i have pain below the ballay

You should try double voiding, that is to try voiding your bladder, then stand up, and sit down again and void your bladder.
