Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urinating Feeling And Burning Pain

hi i have a pain well burining feeling down below and need to wee alot but only a small amount of urine comes out, i have been tested for a sti and is negative, i have used thrush cream also, the pain is intemite and dosnt hapen all the time please help
