Pressure that tells me I need to go to the bathroom-very small am t of urine passes most of the time--this is a a constant thing. Also have loose bowels and the right side of my lower back is very painful--when I push the left side of my stomach there is pain just above where I once had a shit bag--

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to urinary infection and associated bowel upset. You should get a routine urine analysis to rule out this. An ultrasound should be taken to rule out problems like kidney stones which can give a same picture also. Antibiotics will be required in case of infection. Take more water. Taking water with sodium citrate or potassium citrate will be helpful also. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
