Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination With Burning

i am 37 years of age, height= 5.4, weight=49 kg. i am suffering from burning in the urine and frequent urination.I am being treated since 2-3 months, but still this problem is occuring. please tell me the reason why it is happening again and again. is it a stone problem or UTI?

Frequent urination may be due to diabetes or uti , go 4r culture sensitivity of urine and use antibiotics acc to result, if urine test negative u should undergo ultra sound to rule out renal stone..hope I am help ful
