Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination With Cloudiness

hi when i go toilet for a wee everything is fine, so i put it away and leave the toilet but straight away i have to go back to finish my wee off but it only dribbles but i have the sensation that i have sperm coming out with it and the toilet goes cloudy, i have no pain or anything, but it does not happen all the time i can go toilet normal then one day that happens can you plz give me some advise thanks

Hello

Sperm leakage may be due to reasons like straining,over excited state,infrequent emptying etc.
It is important to evaluate for constipation etc.
You should try relaxation technique and avoid provocative literature and videos.

You may need routine blood and urine investigations like RE/ME.
Treatment depend upon findings.
