Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination With White Discharge In It

Hi i have been suffering with a problem when i was passing urine a white transparent substance coming out, not frequently once or twice in day and , desire to urine more frequently like 10 times in day.Can you guys say what is it, is t infection or any serious problem . one more thing i am n t getting any pain while passing urine , please help me guys
