Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You may have enlarged prostate (Bening prostatic hyperplasia) along with kidney stone. It is common in old male and leads to frequency and difficulties in urination.

You should go for ultrasound abdomen. It will give you exact idea about prostate size, volume and kidney stones. Then you should take treatment accordingly.

Alpha blocker like prazosin or terazocin are useful in benign prostatic hyperplasia. If you have any associated infection then take antibiotics also.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
