On Saturday midday, I came down with flu-like symptoms - muscle ache, then vomiting, fever, fatigue. Liquid bowel movements early were light brown. Vomiting stopped Saturday afternoon, fever and head and muscle aches essentially gone this morning, Since yesterday, still liquid bowel movements, but dark. I'm not incontinent, but I am going more frequently than usual. Suggestions?
