Suggest Treatment For Frothy Urine And Presence Of Protein In Urinalysis

Hi. 10 years ago I was told I have variocele veins in my left testicle. As it bothers me minimally, I didnt do anything. Its still ok now. My question is regarding a more recent observation of white froth or bubbles in my urine. A recent general health chkup shows a urinalysis of +1 for protein. I I'm in mid 30s, on blood pressure and cholesterol medication. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
