I am so sorry to hear about your difficulties gaining extra kilograms. My advise would be that you eat health and exercise often to build your muscles. Also, you would need a doctor's evaluation as there are disease states like hyperthyroidism which may be responsible for such difficulties putting on weight. Has your weight always been around that or there have been changes? If so, can you report the various changes to me?
