Suggest Treatment For Gas Formation And Feeling Sick

My 70 years old father has a gas formation problem. He feels very sick and don't want move or to make a walk. Due to unstable health he don't want to talk. Regular checkup is being done .My father does not have any heart problem or sugar problem. BP 140,150/70. Can you please suggest me any medicine for his problem.

I really appreciate your concern, flatulence formation in old age is geriatric symptoms and most of the time it could be due to infection, it may silent one but could form the flatulence, or flatus, I would suggest to try single dose of anti-protozoa and the best is Sacnidazole 1 g, encourage your father for drinking more water, avoid giving fat containing diet, greasy food, fresh leafy vegetable would be fine else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
