Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Causes of gastritis are helicobactor pylori infection, oily and spicy diet,or drug induced or stress.

You can go for routine blood count,ESR,urinalysis wrule out other pathology.

Here, you do not have helicobacter pylori infection as stated by you.

You may require h2 blockers like ranitidine or proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole, rabeprazole or esomeprazole etc with ulceroprotective drugs like sucralfate, misoprostol etc.

Avoid oily,spicy and fatty diet.
Maintain stress level as it could be the major cause of gastritis nowadays.

Consult your gastroenterologist for further advice

Thanks and regards,
