Suggest Treatment For Gastritis , Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain

Hi. My 10 year old son is having abdominal pain with gas and slight diarrhea. He has high functioning autism, so it s difficult to get straight answers from hi. He says his hips hurt. He was having the pain yesterday also. It did get better yesterday but seems to be intensifying tonight. He does not have a fever but says he is cold. Should I be concerned about appendicitis? How long should I wait before seeking further help?

If pain begin to concentrate in thve right lower quadrant of the abdomen you should be concerned. Meanwhile small doses of antispasmodic i. e Buscopan and oral rehydration is a good option, with taking of the temperature. If pain persist is better to go to the Emergency services.
