General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your son seem to be related to gastritis.

I suggest using PPI medication such as Prilosec in the morning to low the acidity in the stomach.

I also suggest using antacids daily such as Maloox.

For the bloating, he can use simethicone medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
