Hi I am 29 yrs old youth and I am having the throat pain since 3 years. When I went to the doctor, he said to me that I had Gastric and that is being created by the virus named H-Pilary. He gave me medicine and I tried it for a year but still the problem is not solved. I also have the problem in standing up fora long time. Hello,

You have to confirm the problem by upper GI endoscopy and biopsy. It may be irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance or malabsorption syndromes or celiac sprue or Whipple's disease etcetera. Use pantoprazole. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid lactose and gluten-containing food. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
