Suggest Treatment For Gastritis

I have been diagnosed with Gastritis after many years of thinking it was IBS, as this is what they diagnosed me with before. I have always used marijuana as a calmer as that's the effect is has on me and as a pain reliever. It helps with me rheumatoid arthritis and GI pain but is it doing actual damage to the healing of gastritis?

marijuana has few GI adverse affects like vomiting diarrohea constipation. but it's not know to cause gastritis and trouble In healing of ulcer. but Tolerance addiction are v bad adverse affects. so avoid excessive use of this.
