Suggest Treatment For Genital Bumps With White Discharge And Blood

I have one genital bump that is sore this is only the second one i have had and both were before my period have been sexually active before but haven t for a year now the bump popped like a pimple with a white liquid with blood is it something i should be really worried about i don t have insurance so its pricey to pay

first of all do urine routine and micro examination.
Not to worry much.
whether you did any unprotected sexual relation?
if yes go for STD infections test.
this bumps mostly due to local infection.
consult gynecologist for detail.
