Suggest Treatment For Genital Herpes

Hi I am a 19 year old girl. I found out a year ago I have genital herpes. I took Valtrex for a year as a supressive treatment. I stopped mt treatment about a month ago and now I am having another outbreak. This time the pain is very severe in my anus. I see sores and blood. It is so painful that I have not pooped in days. I really need to go but I can't because the pain. Hepl! Please!
