Suggest Treatment For Grade-II Hemorrhoids

I have got grade-II hemorrhoids, which is best surgery for me , stapled or conventional, considering I want to recover faster without any recurrences in the future. My job requires me to 16 hours of standing during the day, does that affect, how can i avoid occurrences in the future.

Stapled hemorrhoidectomy is the treatment of choice these days. It is a simple procedure. Conventional is obsolete.
