My mother aged 85yrs. had been operated about a year and half ago for her breast cancer(Complete mastectomy of left breast). Due to her age doctor has not given any Chemo or radaition therapy. The stage of acncer was "Grade-III,Score of 8".No. of lymph node with macrometastases(>0.2) :3. Report of Diagnosis:- (A) left mastectomy with level I & II of Axilla + (B) level III of Axilla: Apocrine Carcinoma G3,7 Cms,mpT3pN1apMX, margin uninvolved, closest deep resection margin0.2cm, Angiolymphatic invasion not identified, auxiliary Lymph nodal metastasis present (3/33). Now she is doing well with no major problem except reduced food intake. Kindly suggest my next course of treatment and how long she will survive.
