Suggest Treatment For Green Colored And Pus Filled Stool

my baby has been having a loose stool for the 3 days.the stool do not have seed like things.to begin with it was dark green in color but today it was brown in color,a test was done by doc that indicated that her stool has mucus and numerous pus cells.What does this indicate?

Hello,

It indicates an intestine infection. Primary tips for this issue 
- Allow more liquids as possible.
- Dietary preference for soft, light diet.
- Avoid dairy fat, junk foods.
- Antibiotic with metronidazole on the pack, zinc syrup, probiotics are main recovering agents.
