Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your child is suffering from GINGIVOSTOMATITIS thT can be due to Herpes virus infection..
Other cause can be gum Inflammation secondary to gum infection caused by poor Oral hygiene..
The white coating over the tongue can be due to fungal infection known as Thrush..
I would suggest you to consult a Pedodontist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you can do cool compresses over her gums..
Maintain a good Oral hygiene and brush her teeth using an ultra soft toothbrush..
Feed her with a soft diet..
Give her plenty of fluids..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
