Suggest Treatment For Hallucinations After A Brain Injury

I suffered two brain injuries in Nov. 2016 as a result of a bicycle vs car accident. I m still dealing with the brain injuries, one to the cerebellum and one to the, I believe, left temporal lobe. I fell hard on my left side. Several months ago I began having auditory and visual nighttime hallucinations. My dr. put me on Trileptal, one 300mg tablet twice p/day. Recently I ve noticed my sexual desire has taken a long trip somewhere, but not with me. I don t find this as a possible side effect of the med & I don t find where it would interact with any of my other meds to this effect. Is it possible Trileptal can contribute to decreased sexual desire, or could this also come from one of the brain injuries? Thank you!
