Suggest Treatment For Hand Wrist And Finger Pain With Swelling

i have intermitant hand wrist and finger pain that is getting increasingly worse. Minimal swelling, no numbness or tingling and blood tests and xrays ruled out authristis? What else can it be? its getting very painful and I am finding myself not able to do things like grip or am dropping things... please help... I tried a wrist brace my docrtor gave me but it doesnt support my thumb..
