Suggest Treatment For Hard And Painful Muscles Below Elbows

my muscles below the elbow go very hard @painful when they are under any pressure.i have a horse and driving it is my whole world.I can not do this any more .I am 35 years old and done this all my life.If I try to excersie it becomes a large and very hard is there anything I can take to relax these muscles in my arms thank you albert

I have studied your case and i understand your concern. Getting hard muscles is quite common and it is mainly due to lack of muscle strength.
I have following suggestions for you.
1.High Protein diet.
2.Hot water fomentation.
3.Stretching exercises.
4.Tablet Carnisure one daily
