If I were your treating Doctor for this case of painless gum nodule, I would come up with three possibilities, these include:
1. a pyogenic granuloma; but generally these are painful and bleed when injured!
2. The second possibility is of a fibroepithelial polyp
3. The last possibility is of some
benign cyst like peri-odontal cyst or peri-apical cyst
Overall, it is benign and not worry much about this but also do not neglect this!
I suggest you to maintain
oral hygiene and do some FNAC like microscopic test for confirmation!
