Suggest Treatment For Having Solid Nodule On Spleen

A 5 mm lesion was noted during an MRI of my thoracic spine on my spleen. I had an ultrasound of my spleen and it states I have a 5 mm solid nodule on spleen...I was looking up information on possibilities to this and curious if they will just watch it or if I am gonna be further tested.

Hi
Solitary small nodule in sleen can be hemangioma, granuloma ,small abscess & rarely lymphoma.most common being hemangioma as it is incidentally found & you are not having any positive findings in ultrasound and any complaints specific to it.dont worry.nothing much required as of now. Follow the lesion in ultrasound scan after 6 months.
