Suggest Treatment For Headache And Drowsiness After Hitting Head

Thank you, I was going to get into our Pop Top Caravan 2 days ago and it has a very low door way I had put a sign inside the caravan but was going to go inside the van and crunched my head really hard and cut my head that was not the problem when I hit my head there was a funny sound like schh I don't know if I knocked myself out as I was on my own but I have had a severe headache since and all I want to do is sleep I have taken Panamax for it but it does not help the headache and all I want to do is sleep

as you have headache after truma but there is no focal deficit as no motor weakness or sensory loss or no nausea or vomiting, so donot worry, you caln take pain killer for headache, it will relieve after some time , but if headache is increasing in intensity then you can go for noncontrast CT scan brain to look for subdural or epidural hematoma
