Suggest Treatment For Headache And Migraine

I have suffered from headaches and migraines for over 10 years. I have seen doctors and neurologists. I have had MRIs and CT scans. Over the last 10+ years I have been on what seems like every pain medicine and preventative medicine, even different anti-depressants. I have kept food diaries, no pattern. Stress level is normal. The tests show nothing. The medicine wears off. Over and over I have been told that I suffer from chronic headaches and chronic migraines. I get my eyes checked every year to make sure that isn't the problem. I see a chiropractor regularly. After all this, the headaches continue. I have heard getting the tragus on your ear pierced will help with headaches and migraines. Is this true? At this point, I am willing to try anything to make hem go away.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
No, piercing of tragus can not cure migraine. So don't even think of doing this.
Migraine needs lifestyle modifications for better symptomatic relief. It is clinical diagnosis, no tests or reports will diagnose it's severity.
So better to follow below mentioned lifestyle modifications for symptomatic relief in migraine.
1. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
3. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
4. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
5. Avoid fasting and take your meals timely.
6. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
7. Take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before bed.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
