Hi, thanks for asking form HCM.
I can understand your concern. The headache at injury site may or may not cause stomach ache. Severe
head injury can cause stomach pain due to
: Gastritis
: Gastric ulcer
But as your injury seems mild, it is less likely to be due to head injury. However if you are taking any painkillers for pain, it can cause stomach ache by causing gastritis or gastric ulcer.
Other than this, stomach pain may be caused by various diseases like gastroenteritis/
food allergy etc. You have to
consult doctor to rule out these and confirm your diagnosis. The doctor will examine you, advise ultrasound of abdomen to confirm diagnosis. Further treatment will be decided after reports.
Meanwhile at home, you can follow few tips to get relief
: Avoid fatty/spicy food
: You can take Pantoprazole-
Domperidone after proper prescription
: For pain at injury site, you can take Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription. Painkiller can increase your
abdominal pain, so take it in minimum amount or do not take if mild pain.
: You can take aluminium hydroxide/magnesium after proper prescription.
Hope it will help you. Thanks, take care.
