Suggest Treatment For Headache, Diarrhoea, Sweating And Fever

My 25 jr old son hasn t been feeling well today. He started with a headache then He started running to the bathroom with stomach cramps and diahrea. He hasn t eaten since breakfast which was beef chorizo and blut tortilla chips. It is now 1:15am and He feels sweaty and temp is at 96.3! Odd! He s asking for glasses of water one after the other.

Hi,

Seems to be a case of food poisoning, take plenty of fluids, take tablet mefenamic acid paracetamol, ofloxacin and ornidazole twice a day, tablet pantoprazole and domperidone twice a day.
