Suggest Treatment For Headache, Stuffiness, Coughing And Fever

Should I go to a doctor, here are my symptoms: headache, stuffiness, coughing, fever (100 seems to come on evenings) runny nose for most of this week, off and on. Achey. I have had all my flu shots to include a booster. I m 67, in good shape, feel dehydrated. I took Airbornes for the first 5 days, the last two nights I have taken Nyquill to be able to sleep.

Tab. Alday DC bd
Avoid cool drink and freeze water
Water vapor inhalation
Tab. Paracetamol 650thrice a day.

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
