Suggest Treatment For Heartburn And Bloating

Had norovirus, started Monday at 2:00 am. Haven t been able to eat much, but am feeling better and have drank lots of Gatorade. Now I have terrible heart burn and gas; every 10 minutes it flares up into my throat like a fire. Have taken 3 GasX pills over the last 9 hours and it hasn t subsided. What else can I do tonight to relieve it?

Some advice that I can give to you are:
- Take antacids to hear burn
- Take simethicone medication for bloating
- Eat a fiber-rich diet
- Drink liquids
- Avoid caffeine, alcohol and spicy food
