Suggest Treatment For Heartburn And Loss Of Weight

hi, My Wife is hzving acid reflux .her endoscopy shows GERD Grade III . Antacids are not working . She has been striclty on diet like wheet roti and moong dal ( littel qty everyday ) and pomgranate juice ( one glass). No alopathy medicines are working . We tried Aurvedic / homopathy but stil the same proble. Hurburn / breathleseeness etc .

We also checked her parathyroid which shows normal.

Before GERD was detected 3 months back it was detected as Gastritis antral. She has been suffereing from breatlessness and hurtburn. Any medicnes has very temorary effect. Nothing is working . She has lost 7-8 kg of weight which last 2-3 months.Please advise

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if I would be treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with the following treatments 1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and 2) Tab Domperidone once in day for six week, take care and have a nice day.
