Suggest Treatment For Heavy Bleeding Post Abortion

I had an abortion 12days ago and was advised the bleeding would be very heavy then begin to ease which it has. However a few days ago it was very heavy soaking through my pad, pants and jeans. I am not experiencing any pain and the bleeding lasted approx 3hours. The following 2 days the bleeding was light, but it is very heavy today again and full of clots, is this normal or should i get checked out?
