Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Multiple fibroids can be a problem difficult to live comfortably especially when it becomes symptomatic. In the absence of symptoms, you can stay and just observe while your Gynecologist monitors occasionally. In your case, it is symptomatic already and needs to be managed.Treatment options options include:
-Medications including hormones and uterotonics
-Noninvasive procedures like focused ultrasound surgery
-Minimal invasive procedures like uterine artery embolization, myolysis, robotic myomectomy, endometrial abaltion
-Traditional surgery like abdominal myomectomy and hysterectomy.
All these techniques have their indications and also depend the choices of the patient.I will suggest you meet your Gynecologist and discuss the treatment option best for you.
In the meantime, continue with your hormone and add ergometrin which is a uterotonic and tranexamic acid which is an antifibrinolytic while you prepare to see your Gynecologist.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
