Suggest Treatment For Heavy Painful Menstrual Bleeding

I am experiencing abnormal bleeding from my vagina . Abnormal because it is not my time for my period and I have been on birth control over a year and it has regulated my period . Recently after one time having sex with my boyfriend , I noticed closer to the end it hurt only a bit . Then the next day I realized it started bleeding and it has now been a week and it still seems to be bleeding , not overly a lot though . It doesn t hurt but I m wondering if it at all possible that my period came early ? Or what could be happening ? Do you have any answers ? :(

Thank you for following up. I understand your concern.I suggest you -
1. Immediatly consult your gynecologist.
2.Do USD to rule out pregnancy, myoma, traum of neck of uterus, endometriosis, hyperplasia and other diseases.
3.Haemostatics, you needs Dicynone injection and tablets 500mg 1tablet 3 times, Ascorutin 1 tablet 2 times and other antihemorrhagic. But you should be under control of your doctor, because some kinds of bleedings are very difficult to stop.
Best regards
