I will suggest you to seek prescription support from your treating doctor for tablets containing Tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid.

Please start next pill pack 7 days after finishing the previous one.
If needed USG - ultrasound scan will be of help.

Hi,

Slight menstrual irregularities including delayed periods and excessive bleeding can happen with birth control pills. Bleeding will settle by itself and you can try drugs like Tranexemic acid for symptomatic relief. If bleeding persist, better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
