Suggest Treatment For Hematuria

I have been urinating quite a bit of blood and worm-shaped clots. First time in my life. The first instance was yesterday evening, blood first then only urine. During the day I urinated normally. Now this evening the blood is back and even after I have finished urinating blood still oozes out of my penis. Thank you for whatever advice you may be able to give me.
