Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids With Constipation

Hi.. I have a friend who s suffering some kind of hemmorhoids.. Her anus have some kind of intestine outside.. But its not bleeding.. She s constipated sometimes and that s the time she s not ok when it comes to have a bowel movements.. What are the things that we will do to make that intestine get inside and be small? Please help us.. Thank you

Dear friend, Greetings from HCM... i understand your friends problems... the best way now is to avoid further problems by taking care of her diet and weight reduction... please ask her to take more of fiber rich food stuffs like green leafy vegetables, ots, fruits (not juices), and avoid fast/fried/processed food stuffs... she need to reduce weight do some exercises and also yoga to be fit and some abdominal exercises too... if required she can even try some fiber supplementations like cremadiet powder daily two to three times ... the current problem now should be treated the best way is by surgery or some procedures to reduce the hemorrhoids.. please meet the surgeon soon any time it may start bleeding and add s more problems like anemia etc... pls do contact us for more queries thank you ...TAKE CARE
