Hello,

Your problem of fatigue and tremor may be due to thyroid issue. Your TSH level is high, so please go and test for T3, T4 and antithyroid antibodies levels.

All problem may be due to hypothyroidism and thyroiditis. After testing, set the dosages accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hardik Sanghvi
