Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Gaurav
i can understand your concern.
I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood sugar in the normal range now. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications.
in my opinion its always advisable to start insulin for a few days for the pancreas to recover and start to accept oral medications
starting insulin will also quickly recover the damage done by high sugar to other parts of body.
so i suggest you to see a diabetologist or endocrinologist for fixing dose of medication.
following good diet pattern and mild exercise are very important in diabetes
regards
