Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Frequent Bowel Movement

my son suddenly started loose motions 3 days before and has cold ,with motion of watery of green colour 8 times a day as doctor prescption it come down to 4 times but the fever is not reducing below 100 and he is not eating at all as we gave crocin -ds the fever reduces after 2 or 3 hours it reappears
