Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Urinary Incontinence

So my grandfather is an 80 year old man and he is with high fever and is urinating on himself without realizing it, I thought it could be a UTI but he doesn t have blood in his urine nor does it hurt while he is urinating. He is in and out of the restroom and all he wants to do is lay in bed.

He needs to be checked for a UTI and other infections. Older people may not get the typical symptoms of a UTI that younger people do. Sometimes the only sign is lethargy. They may not even develop much of a fever. The fact that he has had fevers and is lethargic suggests a severe infection that may be in his blood by now. Take him to emergency and get this evaluated. Hope this helps.
