Suggest Treatment For High Fever And Vomiting Along With Elevated Urea And Creatinine Levels

My mother suffers from high fever and vomit 2 days ago no diahreaa she has HBP and diabetes CBC test showed normal range for leukocytes but high range for urea and creatinine please advice what is the cause for high fever and do you recommend checking a urologist ASAP

Your mother is a patient of high blood pressure , as well as she is also a diabetic .
Now ,she is having vomiting , fever .
Findings are elevated level of blood urea and serum creatinine .
This is a clear indication of involvement of kidneys ( particularly when patient is an old diabetic and hypertensive case).
I recommend you ,please consult an UROLOGIST and get his opinion and sort out this problem at earliest because dehydration ( due to fever and vomiting ) may further worsen the condition.
Till give her an ondansetrone mouth dissolving tablet (4 mg on tongue ) for vomiting,.
