Suggest Treatment For High Fever In 2 Year Kid

my 2 year old (14kg) had a high fever ()103) for 4 days and subsequently the doctor said he has a throat infection and started him on augmentine. The fever disappeared. After just 6 doses he has developed a rash all over his body and face (not arms and legs). He has had C-amoxiclav before with no reaction. Should I stop the antibiotic?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,.. By what you quote it could be drug rash or dengue fever. In my opinion, you should stop the drug and do cbc, NS1 Antigen test. Treatment will depend on above reports.
